In this course, students will explore the core tools of Fortnite Creative—from understanding the Creative ecosystem and mastering navigation, grid-snapping, and prop manipulation, to learning how to craft gameplay with customizable items and ensure player onboarding is seamless and engaging. They’ll also develop skills in promoting their creations, including crafting compelling promotional videos, leveraging replays for content, and understanding content guidelines for a safe and welcoming experience.

By the end, learners will be equipped to build, showcase, and share their own Fortnite islands with confidence and creative flair.

This course uses a sandbox mode that gaves players a private island to build and share custom experiences using prefabs, simple tools, and no coding required. It was designed for wide accessibility allowing creators to design mini-games, race maps, and more through intuitive in-game editing. This version became foundational for community creativity, enabling users to quickly craft and publish gameplay experiences to friends and the Discover hub.
